Knit a River

Thanks to SpennyKnit members and DCC's Adult & Community Service group who meet at the Acapulco Suite in Spennymoor, we managed to knit 66 squares for the river. The squares were sewn up by myself, hubby and DD and sent off to Water Aid this week.

February meeting

Next meeting is on Monday 5th Feb at The Clay Cafe, 56 High Street, Spennymoor.


We will be continuing to knit 15cm x 15cm squares for the Water Aid Knit a River campaign.


Blue yarn and needles will be available.
